Please understand that as a small business, personally owned and operated, returns are extremely complicated for my book keeping.  *If you have any questions or concerns, please please please ask -prior to purchasing to ensure the process goes as smooth as possible.   I will try my best to accurately note any sign of wear or imperfection, so that the item you receive is always as described and exactly what you are expecting -or better!  That said, I obviously want you to LOVE your item, so... if you don't, or if something flew under my radar, kindly contact me and we can discuss any options, before rushing to open a case with eBay.   If you do need to send it back, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it, security tag must still be attached, and item must be in the same condition as you received it.  Thank you!
